Steve is a wizard! At very short notice, he gave my bike a gold service and got it done for me the same day. Wow! It was like riding the wind home! He advised me that I need a new bottom bracket and a couple of other things so I went back to him a week later and he fitted the lot for me at a very reasonable cost. MY BIKE WAS EVEN BETTER! It now rides better than it did when I first purchased it. Incredible. I've changed his name in my phone to Bike Gandalf.

I just wanted to drop you a line to say how pleased i was with your work on my bike. you analysed what was required, supplied and fitted the new derailleur and chain very quickly. On top of that you spotted the damage to my rear tyre and replaced that as well. I was riding my bike again in less than 2 days rather than the 3 or 4 days I was expecting.
